Recommended * Functional knowledge of Costco IT systems and procedures, with the ability to support, install and remove, configure, and service IT environments and computer equipment. * Familiarity with Costco's core business environment related to merchandising, warehouse operations, and company philosophies. * Experience with configuring and supporting LabVantage software products. * Experience with configuring and supporting ePlum software products. * Familiarity with with Java, C#, Angular or React. * Experience with peripheral installation, configuration, customization and triage. * Proficient in Google Workspace applications, including Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Gmail. ## Description Infrastructure Engineers are responsible for providing a reliable, flexible, scalable, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure to meet current and future organizational needs. They have deep knowledge and hands-on experience in enterprise-wide platforms, and solve technical problems while working on technology initiatives. Infrastructure Engineers have strong architectural, leadership, and technical skills. They ensure delivery of high-quality artifacts, define standards, and configuration for the IT infrastructure and ensure adherence to these standards. Infrastructure Engineers interact in a highly effective manner with other team members and management, drive innovation, and influence delivery and performance. The IT Merchandise Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining the overall Costco Merchandising On-Premise application non-prod and production ecosystems, focusing on the health and operational functionality of these environments. This role is also responsible for ensuring the governance, security, and compliance of the application platforms and that they are in alignment with Costco policies, operational standards, regulations, and industry frameworks.
