This role is responsible for building ETL processes, enhancing data marts, and delivering high-quality reports and dashboards that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate brings strong SQL expertise, a passion for data accuracy, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support reporting and analytics needs * Create and enhance data marts to support evolving business metrics * Develop and maintain reports using SSRS and dashboards in Power BI * Write optimized stored procedures and queries using T-SQL * Translate business requirements into technical tasks and provide effort estimates * Perform testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and report integrity * Analyze and optimize report and query performance * Collaborate with software developers on system design and BI-related architecture * Support internal and external reporting needs, including audit and compliance reporting * Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing BI artifacts * Contribute to Agile development processes and communicate project progress effectively * Support team knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement *This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful data initiatives while partnering closely with development leadership and business stakeholders.
