BasisPath has an immediate opening for an experienced IT Program Manager with a focus on Systems Integration to support a key initiative in the Dulles Corridor area. If you have a passion for project management and a track record of successful program coordination, we invite you to apply!, * Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Favorable Polygraph.

 * All positions are 100% on site.
 * Demonstrated experience in program planning and coordination support.
 * Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence.
 * Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio).
 * Proven ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.
 * Experience facilitating and supporting Agile (Scrum or Kanban) activities.
 * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

## Description

* Develop technical project plans, processes, reports, and contract briefings.
 * Identify and track program action items while monitoring ongoing projects and initiatives.
 * Coordinate project schedules and capture meeting minutes.
 * Provide program planning and coordination support.
 * Organize and facilitate meetings and presentations.
 * Assist the program sponsor with assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements.
 * Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) across programs, with clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
 * Collaborate within cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
 * Set priorities, implement tasking, and deliver outputs that comply with project schedules and standards.
 * Provide technical consultation, meeting coordination, and support for technical briefings
