* Experience in social media management and digital marketing
 * Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign REQUIRED)
 * Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
 * Familiarity with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
 * Basic knowledge of running social media ads (Meta Ads preferred)
 * Ability to manage multiple clients/projects at once
 * Strong communication and organization skills
 * Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, * Social media management: 3 years (Required)

## Description

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Graphic Design Coordinator to join our team at 11/11 Media. This role combines content creation, graphic design, and digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for developing campaigns, creating high-quality visual content, and managing social media platforms for multiple clients. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who can both design and execute., * Develop and execute social media campaigns for multiple clients

 * Design graphics, flyers, and marketing materials using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
 * Create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok) for social media
 * Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X)
 * Manage content calendars and posting schedules
 * Assist in running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager preferred)
 * Monitor engagement, messages, and audience interaction
 * Analyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns
 * Collaborate with team on branding, creative direction, and marketing strategies
 * Stay up to date with social media trends and industry insights
