The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for performing various tasks related to day-to-day technical support and assistance with the Company's computer networks and systems. This includes identification and investigation of user and vendor issues, as related to both computer software and hardware; application of gained knowledge for research, problem-solving, and interdepartmental collaboration; repair and replacement of defective products; and system administration partnership for network modification.
