## About the Role

* 2-4 years of experience in healthcare billing, revenue cycle, healthcare IT, or a related support role.
 * Basic understanding of healthcare billing processes, including:
 * Claims
 * Charges
 * Payments
 * Denials
 * Comfortable learning and working with healthcare software systems.

Technical Skills

 * Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
 * Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot basic software issues.
 * High attention to detail when reviewing or entering data.

Education

 * High school diploma or equivalent required.
 * Bachelor's degree preferred.

## Description

* Maintain and update revenue cycle and billing systems used by the Central Billing Office.
 * Assist with Charge Description Master (CDM) maintenance, including CPT/HCPCS and revenue code updates.
 * Monitor claim edits, denials, and rejections, escalating trends to senior analysts.
 * Provide first-level support for billing staff using revenue cycle systems.
 * Assist with onboarding new surgery centers, including system setup and training coordination.
 * Support payer enrollment and fee schedule maintenance.
 * Maintain workflow documentation, training materials, and system records.
 * Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) for system updates and software enhancements.
 * Track regulatory reporting deadlines and organize supporting documentation.
 * Support ongoing data accuracy and system quality initiatives.
