PLC, Robotic, etc). * Effective interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and encouragement. * Willingness to work collaboratively with internal and external partners of the business division and the College. * Commitment to fulfillment of the College mission. EDUCATION: * AAS degree in Robotics, Electrical, or a related field, including a minimum of 18 credits in any combination of Electrical courses (e.g., PLC, Motor Controls, Robotics, Basic AC/DC theory, etc.) required * Bachelor's degree in related field preferred EXPERIENCE: * A minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing or industrial type environment in the field of Elec, Robotics, Mech, Engineering, etc., preferred. * Prior teaching experience in a corporate or higher education setting preferred, but not necessary. * Willingness to learn a Learning Management System (LMS) (e.g., Canvas). ## Description Adjunct instructors are part-time faculty hired to teach a specified course/s on a per-semester basis.
