## Description

The Product Owner plays a key role in shaping and delivering a new, innovative B2B2C digital product within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment within the financial services space. This is a hands-on role focused on translating client and business needs into a scalable, high-impact digital solution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will define priorities, manage the product backlog, and drive Agile delivery., + Prioritise product features to maximise client value while ensuring technical feasibility

 + Own and manage the product backlog aligned to stakeholder requirements
 + Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
 + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
 + Support scalable and modular product development
 + Balance short-term delivery with long-term scalability
 + Define data and personalisation strategy inputs
 + Coordinate user validation sessions
 + Manage releases, dependencies, and technical debt
 + Work with technical teams on integrations and architecture
