This involves research and development in areas such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), digital twins, IoT integration, and advanced data management systems. Overall, construction R&D aims to drive industry transformation, improve project outcomes, and meet the evolving needs of stakeholders in the AECO sector. As a Principal Engineer for the Construction R&D team, you will serve as the primary technical authority for our core web platform. You will define the architectural vision that bridges complex backend micro-services with high-performance user interfaces, ensuring our ecosystem is scalable, accessible, and resilient. Beyond hands-on development, you will act as a strategic partner to product leadership, translating R&D initiatives into robust, highly available full-stack solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of steering technical strategy across multiple teams and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment where they can mentor the next generation of engineering talent.
