We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Technology Application Engineer to lead the implementation, administration, integration, and ongoing optimization of enterprise Human Resources technology platforms. This is a highly visible technical role responsible for supporting HR systems that drive recruiting, onboarding, learning management, talent management, employee lifecycle, and performance management across a global organization. The ideal candidate combines deep HR technology expertise with strong application engineering skills and enjoys partnering with HR, Information Technology, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.
