 * Experience with Micro Focus PPM.
 * Experience using Smartsheet.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives for a Florida State Government client. The selected consultant will be responsible for managing all phases of large-scale IT projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk management, budget oversight, and successful implementation of enterprise financial systems., * Lead end-to-end project management for enterprise IT initiatives.

 * Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
 * Manage project scope, timelines, costs, quality, risks, and communications.
 * Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams.
 * Facilitate stakeholder meetings and executive status reporting.
 * Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
 * Manage project documentation and governance activities.
 * Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
 * Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and best practices.
 * Collaborate with development teams, business users, and third-party vendors.
 * Provide project status reports to leadership and executive stakeholders.
