The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Windows environments, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networks, and audio/visual equipment., * Provide Level 1 on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and classroom technology. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and network connectivity issues. * Support Microsoft Windows environments and Active Directory user administration. * Install, configure, maintain, and repair computers and related equipment. * Respond to and resolve incidents using the district's ticketing system. * Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support or vendors when necessary. * Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, repairs, and resolutions. * Support technology deployments, upgrades, and inventory management. * Configure and maintain classroom audio/visual equipment. * Prepare and support computers, laptops, Chromebooks, printers, and scanners for online testing. * Set up temporary testing labs and restore equipment after testing. * Provide technical assistance and basic technology training to teachers and staff. * Collaborate with school administrators and technology teams on technology initiatives and projects. * Participate in district technology projects, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
