Experience with Databricks, Qlik, SAP, and Salesforce.com is a plus. * Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, AI tools, data engineering, visualization, and modern analytics technologies. * Experience leading Agile/Scrum product delivery teams in a complex matrix organization. * Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable data products and actionable insights. * Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders, vendor partnerships, and enterprise technology initiatives. * Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior business leaders. Desired: * Experience serving as a Product Owner or Scrum Master. * Experience with Business Process Management and Data Catalog initiatives. * Knowledge of DevOps operating models and self-service analytics platforms. * Experience leading global or multi-regional data transformation programs.
