* Strong customer service and communication skills

 * Ability to diagnose software issues, analyze logs, and troubleshoot technical problems
 * Familiarity with C#, ASP.NET, SQL, Git, GitHub, and Anthropic/Claude
 * Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies
 * Experience with Blackbaud CRM, Raiser's Edge NXT, or nonprofit technology platforms
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 * Experience providing technical support in a client-facing role.
