This role is responsible for developing and enhancing end-to-end digital processes, integrating applications with internal systems and project tracking tools, supporting client data and reporting needs, and advancing AI agent capabilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong application development experience, database and API expertise, and hands-on knowledge of AI agent development and performance tuning using Splunk. This role offers a hybrid schedule based at 240 Greenwich St, New York, NY, with 3 days onsite per week and 2 days remote. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Friday night deployments will be required as part of the role.
