## About the Role

* No degree required-we value technical curiosity, work ethic, and a drive to learn above formal credentials.
 * Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and general computer hardware.
 * Strong logical thinking, troubleshooting proficiency, and problem-solving abilities.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Stable work history is a must.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have, But Not Required)

 * Prior experience in customer service, retail, or a basic technical support environment.
 * Interest in or basic exposure to foundational IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+).
 * A willingness to learn about cybersecurity compliance frameworks like CMMC / NIST 800-171.

## Description

* Serve as the first line of defense, providing friendly and helpful technical support to over 200 internal users across our branch locations.
 * Troubleshoot everyday hardware and software issues (PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices).
 * Assist with basic user administration, including password resets, account lockouts, and software permissions.
 * Set up, configure, and deploy workstations for new employees.
 * Document technical issues in our ticketing system and seamlessly escalate complex network or server problems to our Systems Engineer.
