## Description

* Du entwickelst in einem interdisziplinären Team mit Software Engineers und UI/UX-Expert*innen Konzepte für die Implementierung von Software.
 * Du gestaltest Entwicklungsstrategie und Produktvision für komplexe Individualsoftware gemeinsam mit Deinem Team und unseren Kunden.
 * Du konzeptionierst Workshops zum Requirements Engineering mit und für unsere Stakeholder.
 * Für das Anforderungsmanagement schreibst Du User Stories und pflegst diese im Product Backlog.
 * Du behältst den Überblick über Projektfortschritt und Teamauslastung und berichtest darüber.
 * Du lebst mit uns gemeinsam die agile Software-Entwicklung in Daily Scrum, Reviews bei Kunden und Retrospektiven mit Unterstützung unserer Agile Coaches.
 * Du gestaltest XITASO aktiv mit.
