Desired Characteristics + Strong oral and written communication skills. + Established project management skills. + Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals, and ability to apply them to both a factory and a field setting. + Experience in composite structural design, analysis, and/or manufacturing. + Experience with employing quality practices as LEAN, Design for Reliability, + Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. + Ability to document, plan, market, and execute technical programs. + Proven record of being team oriented and results driven with experience in mentoring new technical engineering talent to guide their growth and career advancements. ## Description As part of GE Vernova Wind Engineering, the Blade subsystem team has responsibility for the design and support of wind blade components and systems.
