5-8 years of professional software engineering experience, including work in production Rails environments

## Description

As a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer, you'll take ownership of designing and improving core systems within a large Rails monolith that powers customer-facing and partner-facing experiences. You'll collaborate closely with product and design teams to ship scalable features, lead code reviews, and help modernize legacy components into a clean, maintainable architecture.
