## Description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Bilingual Receptionist / Office Assistant to serve as the face of our company. You will manage our front desk, handle daily administrative tasks, and ensure smooth office operations while providing excellent service to our customers and staff., * Guest & Phone Relations: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

 * Call Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing accurate information.
 * Bilingual Communication: Translate in-person conversations, phone calls, and company literature.
 * Mail & Shipping: Process FedEx shipments, arrange pickups, track incoming packages, and distribute mail.
 * Logistics Coordination: Schedule Uber pickups and drop-offs for guests or corporate needs.
 * Office Administration: Perform data entry, maintain electronic and hard-copy filing systems, and update daily employee absentee and master lists.
 * Facility Security: Manage employee security by signing staff in and out of the building.
 * Schedule Tracking: Maintain and update employee vacation calendars.
 * Inventory & Office Upkeep: Monitor and track supply levels in drawers, closets, and shelves, order replacements, and maintain office cleanliness.
 * Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive company and personnel information in a strictly confidential manner.
