This person assists the Lead Agency Team with all administrative responsibilities as well as managing all financial/billing and data entry and coordination in a fast-paced environment. Our Team works within the Department of Children and Families and is responsible for implementing, managing and accurately accounting for their service delivery models and the State budgets associated. An appropriate candidate will have strong knowledge of Excel and all Microsoft365 applications, creating/managing spreadsheets, attention to detail, as well as excellent customer service skills. Knowledge of Department of Children and Family's service delivery models are beneficial but not required. This person will demonstrate strong customer service skills such as outgoing and energizing demeanor. An ability to problem solve and have excellent communication skills.
