 * Analyse, Nachstellung und Dokumentation von gemeldeten Fehlern im Rahmen von Bugtickets für IT Netzwerktechnik
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, System Engineering und Qualitätssicherung zur Fehlerbewertung
 * Erstellung und Durchführung von Testfällen auf Basis von Systemanforderungen
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von IT Netzwerk und IT Backbone Infrastrukturen
 * Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Fehlerbehebung und Dokumentation
 * Verständnis für komplexe Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Administration und Planung
 * Fähigkeit zur Analyse von Architektur- sowie Systembeschreibungsdokumentation und deren praktische Umsetzung
 * Kenntnisse in Konfiguration von Router und Switches mit den Funktionen VLAN, VRF, BGP, OSPF, BFD, statische Routen im Cisco Syntax
