 * Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills. You can comfortably align technical engineering leaders with boots-on-the-ground operational teams.
 * Entrepreneurial Drive: A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

## Description

* Strategic Operations Leadership: Scale and own the end-to-end performance metrics and operational strategy for a rapidly growing network of 100 to 1,000+ robot pilots.
 * Data Annotation Strategy & Analytics: Architect the data pipeline. You will lead the analysis of massive, unstructured datasets (telemetry, task completion, operational logs) and design robust data annotation workflows to drive AI model training.
 * Offshore Program Management: Lead, mentor, and manage offshore resources and vendors. You will establish strict quality assurance standards, KPIs, and delivery timelines across international regions.
 * Cross-Functional Influence: Serve as the strategic bridge between local operators in Southeast Asia and our core Engineering, Product, and AI Research teams in San Francisco to translate operational insights into product features.
 * Process Standardization: Design and implement global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuous coaching frameworks that systematically elevate pilot performance and accelerate machine learning feedback loops.
