B. Qualifications * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. * 1-5 years of experience in hardware product development (internships and student projects or work groups all account for experience, feel free to list these in your CV). * Experience with manufacturing processes (injection moulding, CNC machining, sheet metal, additive manufacturing). * English speaking (C1+) as we are an international team; German skills (C1+) are also required for this position to work closely with local suppliers. * Ability to work on-site with occasional flexibility for remote work (we are an office-first company). In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of magnetocaloric cooling. You will design, prototype, and optimize components critical to our magnetocaloric systems, transforming cutting-edge technology into market-ready products.
