This role is responsible for leading testing efforts across complex systems, with a strong emphasis on automation-first strategies, CI/CD integration, and data-driven testing approaches. While manual testing remains important for validating complex and real-world scenarios, the primary focus is on building scalable, maintainable automated test solutions. The Sr. Software Test Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle and leverages modern tools, including GenAI, to improve test efficiency, coverage, and insight generation.
