## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data and Report Aide to support our HR & LR Unit in generating reports using CHRMS and PMS systems, creating new reports, and managing data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining accurate HR data and providing essential reports to support HR operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

 - Assist in generating and analyzing reports using CHRMS, PMS systems, and other relevant tools.

 - Support the creation of new reports to meet HR needs

 - Perform data entry and maintain HR databases with accuracy

 - Ensure data integrity and confidentiality

 - Assist with HR data audits and validation processes

 - Support ad-hoc data requests and reporting activities

 - Collaborate with HR team members to improve data management processes
