## Description

* Durchführung der Netzwerkintegration von IT-Komponenten in Windparks und Windenergieanlagen einschließlich Verarbeitung von Betriebsdaten wie SQL-Daten
 * Remote-Support als IT-Administrator für Techniker:innen und Kund:innen bei der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung in IT- und Netzwerksystemen
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen auf First-Level-Ebene in Systemen wie SCADA, Switches, Firewalls und Kundenschnittstellen (z. B. CIF, TIF, GIF)
 * Unterstützung bei Betrieb und Fehlerbehebung in der Windparkregelung (CWE)
 * Aktive Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung von IT-Supportprozessen, Tools und operativen Abläufen
 * Dokumentation, Klassifizierung und Nachverfolgung von Supportanfragen sowie Pflege der Wissensdatenbank
