A major focus of this role will be supporting our strategic roadmap, which includes a migration to Oracle Fusion; prior experience with Oracle migrations is a significant advantage. Please note: you must have at least 5+ years of experience in backend development using Java and proven experience with NetSuite development to be considered for this role., * BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience. * 5+ years of experience in backend development using Java (8/11/17+) and frameworks like Spring Boot. * Proven experience with NetSuite development, specifically SuiteScript (2.x), SuiteTalk, and SuiteCloud platforms. * Strong experience building and consuming RESTful and SOAP-based web services. * Deep knowledge of SQL and relational database design (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server). * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), Git, and Maven/Gradle. * Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. * Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. * Initiative and drive to do great things. Nice to Have * Hands-on experience migrating NetSuite to Oracle Fusion. * Understanding of core ERP business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, General Ledger). * Experience refactoring monolithic architectures into microservices. ## Description Plan A Technologies is looking for a highly skilled Senior Java Engineer with NetSuite experience to join our core engineering team.
