## About the Role

Do you have experience in macOS?, No prior professional experience required : we're looking for curiosity, reliability, and a passion for solving problems. Ideally, you bring:

 * A genuine interest in IT and how technology enables great teams to work.
 * Good problem-solving instincts : you enjoy figuring things out and finding solutions.
 * Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
 * Good communication skills : you're comfortable asking questions and explaining things clearly to non-technical colleagues.
 * Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required; German is a plus.
 * Some familiarity with Windows or macOS environments (even from personal use) is a plus

## Description

As an IT Working Student, you'll be hands-on from day one. Your day-to-day will include:

 * Be the first point of contact for your colleagues when they need IT help : troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
 * Support onboarding and offboarding of team members: setting up devices, creating accounts, and making sure everyone has what they need to hit the ground running.
 * Help manage and track our hardware inventory across our sites.
 * Assist in maintaining our local networks to ensure reliable connectivity.
 * Support the team in managing our Microsoft 365 environment (user accounts, licenses, etc.).
 * Collaborate with a central IT team and contribute to ongoing improvement projects.
