The program includes rotational experiences and formal mentorship, designed to provide a broad range of experiences across various facets of Information Technology (IT). Participants will gain exposure to different roles within IT departments, understand all disciplines, and be assigned a path for training and skill development. Ultimately, they will be placed in a role based on their affinity and skills.
