As an IT Associate I, you will play a key role in ensuring that staff across multiple programs have the technology and support they need to serve individuals and families effectively., As an IT Associate I, you will play a critical role in maintaining and supporting the organization's technical infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

 * Provide technical support and problem resolution to end users across multiple sites
 * Respond to and assist staff with Help Desk requests in a timely manner
 * Perform equipment moves, repairs, additions, and changes including end user devices and network equipment
 * Install and configure PC hardware and software
 * Collaborate with the IT team to create and update operational procedures
 * Assist in maintaining and enhancing technical infrastructure including LAN/WAN networks, Windows servers, operating systems, Exchange, and workstations
 * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure reliable network performance
