 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Teamleitungen sowie der administrativen Organisation
 * Verantwortung für SAP-Prozesse inkl. Sicherstellung von Datenqualität und stabilen Abläufen
 * Steuerung von Kapazitäten, Ressourcen und Performance entlang der operativen Prozesse
 * Analyse von KPIs, Ableitung von Maßnahmen sowie kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
 * Schnittstellenmanagement zu Operations, IT, Finance und Management sowie Steuerung von Projekten, Systemanpassungen und Compliance-Themen
