This role provides front-line technical support to end users across office, manufacturing, and warehouse environments. This position involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues, resolving service tickets, and supporting specialized warehouse technologies including handheld devices, automation printers, and Warehouse Management (WM) systems.
