* 3 years of IT experience OR Associates or bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree. Certifications are a plus
 * Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
 * IT WMS software systems experience related to managing a warehouse.
 * Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Able to write understand Macros.

## Description

Supports the operation of all IT equipment including laser & thermal printers, android mobile scanners, network infrastructure, etc.

 + Installs, supports, and maintains hardware & software systems including our proprietary operational software while supporting the operation.
 + Continually audits our systems used in our plant to ensure operation.
 + Gain knowledge of our WMS (Streme) and the understanding and ability to support, configuration.
 + Sets up RF scanners, audits and sends in for service.
 + Knowledge and understanding of EDI and exchange of data through web services.
