## Description

As a Log Auditor, you'll play a key role in supporting our drivers by ensuring compliance with Department of Transportation regulations (DOT) and Hours of Service (HOS) requirements. You'll review driver logs, coach drivers on compliance, troubleshoot tablet issues, and provide exceptional customer service. Every day brings a new challenge and an opportunity to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

 * Audit electronic and paper driver logs for DOT and Hours of Service compliance
 * Identify HOS violations, false logs, and personal conveyance misuse
 * Communicate with drivers through inbound and outbound calls regarding compliance issues
 * Coach and train drivers on Hours-of-Service regulations and best practices
 * Troubleshoot Android-based tablets and electronic logging device (ELD) issues
 * Maintain compliance records, reports, spreadsheets, and electronic files
 * Assist with corrective action processes when compliance concerns arise
 * Meet department goals, deadlines, and accuracy standards
