Recommended Certifications: * Salesforce Certified Administrator (baseline). * Salesforce Order Management Accredited Professional. * Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I / II. * Salesforce Certified B2C Commerce Architect and/or B2B Commerce credential. * Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (strong plus). ## Description documentation skills ERP integrations performance optimization REST / SOAP Salesforce platform risk management apex programming technical architecture Salesforce OMS Architecture spanning both B2B and B2C order flows.
