Min 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner (PO)
Experience working on banking/financial services applications (Mandatory)
Experience in Financial Crimes domain (Mandatory)
Experience managing backlog, writing user stories, and driving sprint ceremonies
Domain Expertise (Mandatory at least few)
Hands-on experience or strong exposure to:

 * AML Investigations
 * KYC (Know Your Customer)
 * EDD (Enhanced Due Diligence)
 * PEP (Politically Exposed Persons)
 * ransaction Monitoring

Regulatory & Risk Experience (Mandatory)
Exposure to handling regulatory requirements
Experience working on risk management projects
Understanding of compliance frameworks within banking/financial institutions
Additional Skills (Good to Have)
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Tech, Ops, Compliance)
