\nExperience: \n3+ years of hands-on experience developing enterprise solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).\n

 * 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development, administration, and architecture (SharePoint Online and 2016/2019).\n

\nTechnical Proficiency: * Strong background in web development technologies including \nHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, and React.\n
\n
\n

 * Experience with the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PnP PowerShell, and Microsoft Graph API.\n
 * Deep understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint Lists, and SQL as backend data sources.\n

\nSoft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate non-technical business requirements into technical solutions.\n
