## About the Role

* We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with over 10 years of expertise in Agile methodologies, project delivery, and team facilitation.
 * The ideal candidate will lead Agile teams, ensure adherence to Scrum principles, and drive continuous improvement.
 * Strong knowledge of Project Management practices and proficiency in JIRA for tracking and reporting are essential., * 10+ years of experience in Agile environments, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.
 * Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
 * Proven experience in Project Management and stakeholder communication.
 * Hands-on expertise in JIRA for sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
 * Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
 * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

 * Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks.
 * Knowledge of additional tools like Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.

## Description

* Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring Scrum principles are followed.
 * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlog and prioritize deliverables.
 * Remove impediments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
 * Track and report progress using JIRA, ensuring transparency and accountability.
 * Coordinate across teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects.
