You'll combine technical expertise, customer service, and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional experiences., * 2+ years of related experience OR an associate degree in a relevant field * Solid knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, etc.) * Proficiency with Windows environments (Mac experience is a plus!) * Strong communication skills * Valid driver's license and ability to pass DOT certification * Ability to lift and move equipment safely and confidently * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management, * Experience installing or servicing multifunction printers/copiers * Previous training or technical support experience * Familiarity with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, ticketing systems or support workflows Join a team where your technical skills and people-first attitude will be valued every day.
