Preferred Experience: * Experience working with Genesys or other contact center platforms such as Avaya, NICE, Dynamics, or IVR systems. * Familiarity with Data Mesh and modern data product architectures. * Experience supporting Power BI or Tableau reporting environments. * Knowledge of orchestration tools such as Airflow or Snowflake Tasks. * Exposure to AI, analytics enablement, APIs, or semantic data layers. * Experience building enterprise-scale data platforms supporting multiple downstream consumers. ## Description Agile Snowflake APIs SQL aws SQL Queries, We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to support the Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) platform by building scalable data ingestion pipelines and delivering trusted data products within Snowflake. In this role, you will be responsible for ingesting contact center data from platforms such as Genesys into Snowflake, transforming raw data into curated datasets, and enabling downstream reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives., This is a remote contract opportunity supporting an enterprise-scale data platform.
