## About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial profile with strategic acumen in data and, * A Master's degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, Information Management, or a related field.

 * Proven consulting experience, which is essential for this role.
 * An entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record in both business development as well as client relationship management is essential for this role.
 * A strong track record of leading client engagements and managing senior stakeholders.
 * Experience in or eagerness to manage a team and/or a P&L is a plus
 * Experience in Data Strategy, Analytics, AI, or Digital Transformation projects.
 * The ability to think and act both strategically and pragmatically.
 * Strong leadership skills and the ambition to grow into a broader management/director role.
 * The confidence and maturity to engage with C-level stakeholders and in complex business environments.
 * Fluency in Dutch and English.

## Description

As a Data & AI Strategy Senior Manager, you will focus on three clusters

 * Driving business growth:

 * Responsible for actively developing and growing the strategy business, leveraging and expanding client relationships by finding, shaping and converting opportunities into top line contributions for Datashift
 * Lead, coach, and inspire consulting teams while supporting consultants in their professional developmentHelp shape Datashift's strategy offerings, value propositions, and market positioning.
 * Contribute to the thought leadership status of Datashift by activing contributing to both creation as well as conversion into client engagements

 2. Client and Engagement Leadership:
 * Help organizations identify where data, analytics, and AI can create the greatest business impact.

 + Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and executive leadership teams.
 * Help organizations identify where data, analytics, and AI can create the greatest business impact.
 * Lead Data & AI strategy engagements, by translating complex business challenges into actionable data and AI initiatives: from discovery over strategic guidance into implementation and value realization.
 * Support organizations in AI adoption, change management, and transformation programs.
 * Take end-to-end responsibility for client engagements, ensuring quality, impact, and stakeholder satisfaction.

 3. Team Leadership and coaching
 * Lead, coach, and inspire consultant team while supporting consultants in their professional development.
