Preferred Skills and Experience * Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Strong engineering mindset with the ability to build, test, deploy, and support production-grade solutions. * Understanding of agentic AI concepts, orchestration patterns, and multi-agent solutions. * Experience designing and delivering AI-driven or automation solutions in a client-facing environment. * Strong expertise in prompt engineering, including optimisation, testing, evaluation, and guardrail design. Enjoy your career ## Description As an AI Engineer at Avanade, you will design, build, and deliver advanced agentic AI solutions using the latest Microsoft technologies. Working directly with clients, you will help solve complex business problems by applying strong engineering practices, deep Microsoft platform expertise, and a pragmatic approach to delivering measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on, client-facing engineering role, combining AI engineering, solution design, and delivery excellence. You will work as part of multi-disciplinary teams to translate ambiguity into secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions.
