## About the Role

De formation Bac +2 minimum, vous possédez d'une première expérience dans l'univers de l'informatique.

Très organisé(e), vous êtes rigoureux(se), autonome et disposez de bonnes facultés d'adaptation., Lynx RH : Recrutement spécialisé en CDI, CDD et intérim de profils Bac+2 à Bac+5 en fonctions supports, informatique et ingénierie.

## Description

Rattaché(e) à l'un de nos clients, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

Assistance utilisateurs via la PMAD

Gestion des tickets via GLPI

Diagnostic des incidents et des demandes (exemples : PC qui ne s'allume pas, réseaux, mises à jour, imprimantes...)

Mastérisation des laptops

Préparation des postes de travail aux nouveaux arrivants

Installation des applications sur les postes de travail (Antivirus, VPN, Ivanti, ...)

Création de comptes utilisateurs, boîtes aux lettres générique et listes de diffusion

Vérification des licences, des droits utilisateurs, droits accès, mdp...
