Objectif global : Piloter PMO

Objectifs du rôle

 * Structurer le pilotage du programme

 * Garantir la qualité des livrables

 * Fluidifier la communication projet

 * Piloter la transition vers la nouvelle CMDB

Missions principales

 * Pilotage & organisation

o Structuration du pilotage global (planning, jalons, dépendances)

o Suivi des actions, risques et arbitrages

o Coordination des équipes (Data, Archi, Dev, Infra)

 * Gouvernance & comitologie

o Organisation des instances (Coproj, Copil, ateliers?)

o Préparation des supports et ordres du jour

o Rédaction des comptes rendus et suivi des décisions

 * Communication projet

o Structuration de la communication interne projet

o Interface avec les parties prenantes (Infra, métiers, directions)

o Production de synthèses exécutives

o Harmonisation des messages projet

 * Conduite du changement

o Définition et structuration du plan de transition

o Conduite du changement et accompagnement auprès des domaines et métiers

o Définition d?indicateurs d?adoption (usage, qualité data, complétude?)
