As a First Line Support Analyst, you will be working with our team to deliver IT Services to one of our clients, providing excellent customer service by resolving their queries in a professional manner. This includes:

 * Owning, updating and progressing tickets to help smoothly resolve any issues.
 * Being professional, positive and friendly when communicating with all colleagues and clients.
 * Taking an active role in personal development to improve work experience.
 * Escalating complex problems and making users aware of their impact.
