## Description

Our client is looking for a Utilities Support Administrator to join their Property team on a 3-month contract based in Totnes.

You'll support the day-to-day management of utility accounts across a large property portfolio, including water, gas, electricity and business rates. This is a varied administrative role involving liaising with suppliers, raising purchase orders, maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems., * Manage utility and business rate administration.

 * Liaise with utility suppliers and resolve account queries.
 * Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
 * Update property information using internal systems.
 * Process data accurately and efficiently.
 * Provide administrative support to the Property team.
