This role offers the opportunity to influence business strategy, shape technology decisions, strengthen operational resilience, and build a security culture that supports innovation, growth, and customer trust. Working directly with senior executives, Board committees, regulators, and technology leaders, you will help ensure security remains a business enabler as we continue our journey of digital transformation, cloud adoption, automation, and AI innovation. What's the Opportunity? As Head of Information Security, you will lead the strategic and operational direction of information security across the Bank. You will be responsible for ensuring our security controls, frameworks, and capabilities remain proportionate, effective, and aligned with our business objectives, regulatory obligations, and risk appetite. You'll have the opportunity to shape long-term security strategy, influence major technology investments, oversee critical cyber defence capabilities, and provide trusted advice to executives and Board stakeholders. This is a highly visible leadership role where your expertise will directly influence the security, resilience, and future success of the Bank.
