Working closely with the Office of the CTO, engineering leaders, architects, and development teams, you'll drive the transition from traditional development practices toward AI-native engineering workflows. We're looking for someone who combines deep technical credibility with the ability to lead organizational change. You'll operate as a player-coach, working directly with engineering teams while influencing leaders across the organization to adopt new ways of working. Your impact will be measurable through improved developer productivity, faster delivery cycles, higher software quality, and the successful adoption of AI-powered engineering practices across Hansen.
