Working as part of a collaborative team, the successful candidate will help resolve user issues, support reporting requirements, perform routine platform administration tasks, and contribute to testing and system improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Respond to and manage support requests in accordance with agreed service standards. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve user reported system and reporting issues. Assist in the creation, testing, and deployment of reports and dashboards. Provide support for business users involved in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities.
